By accessing or using OfficePro360, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses our services.
2. Account Registration
You must create an account to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use OfficePro360 only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or reverse-engineer any part of the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of OfficePro360, including trademarks, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of OfficePro360 and its licensors. You retain ownership of any data you upload, and you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.
5. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your plan. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice, and continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, fail to pay fees, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
7. Limitation of Liability
OfficePro360 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
